Blow Fill Seal

Our production site in Bracknell UK is the centre for worldwide supply of Unit Dose Vials, which are produced using Blow Fill Seal technology. This type of manufacture, which is increasingly being used by the pharmaceutical industry, requires many specialist skills and expertise.

1988 saw the installation of the first Rommelag Blow Fill Seal machine initially manufacturing one product for the UK market. After significant investment in recent years, the number of machines has increased to nine producing 120 variants of five products, which are distributed to over 50 countries. Our current workforce comprises a 200 plus strong team, operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week producing in excess of 300 million UDVs a year.
