Our Human Resources (HR) Division is organised into the following areas:

• HR Operations – responsible for the day to day account management of our internal customers entailing the provision of core and tailored services, including employee relations, resourcing and project management.

• HR Development – responsible for employee development.

• Compensation & Benefits – responsible for reward and benefits strategy.

• HR Services – responsible for payroll, benefits and HR systems.

• Health & Safety – responsible for the health and safety in the workplace.

• Occupational Health - advisory service looking after the well being of our employees.

The HR team operates as an internal business partner with our customer divisions covering a wide range of innovative projects. We ensure we have leading edge practices by having a strong team of highly motivated professionals with experience in all HR disciplines and pride ourselves on the strength of our team.
