Boehringer Ingelheim triumphs in Sunday Times survey
Bracknell-based pharmaceutical company, Boehringer Ingelheim, has done it again! It’s been voted as one of the best companies to work for in the Sunday Times ‘Top 100 ‘Best Companies’ survey – the eighth time the company has been listed in these annual awards.
The Sunday Times’ Best Companies to Work For survey is based on employee response and through extensive questioning, identifies best practice and then ranks companies according to employee satisfaction.
This year, more companies than ever before (nearly 1,200) competed for placement in this coveted survey and Boehringer Ingelheim came in within the top 10%.
Drew Owenson, Managing Director of Boehringer Ingelheim UK, is delighted with the result.
“To be ranked in the Top 100 Companies is a fantastic reflection of our unique culture, one that embraces pride, trust and valuing people.”
In celebration of this achievement the company will be making a donation of £12,500 to its charity of the year, Barnardo’s. This will help pay for over-night breaks for children or young people with disabilities. These stays give the parents and families an important break from the demands of caring for a disabled child.
